Dr. Kevin Deyarmin, ND, MSW, CHPCA, NCG
Founder / CEO
Kevin has dedicated his entire professional career to the healthcare industry. After beginning in long-term care, he found his true calling in hospice and home health services. He holds a Master of Social Work and a Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine—a dual academic background that allows him to approach patient care with a unique blend of clinical expertise and profound compassion for his patients.
Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for a home health and hospice agency, Kevin witnessed firsthand the administrative burden placed on clinicians. Recognizing that excessive documentation time was detracting from direct patient care, he sought a more efficient solution.
Leveraging the power of AI, Kevin developed CareMetric AI. After months of rigorous testing and a successful pilot program that received overwhelming praise from nursing staff, the platform was launched nationwide. CareMetric AI allows clinicians to convert rough notes into fully compliant documentation in seconds, returning valuable time back to those on the front lines of care.

Ashley has dedicated her professional career to the pursuit of clinical excellence and nursing education. Beginning her journey as a Registered Nurse, she worked full-time while advancing her studies to become a dual-certified Family and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With nearly 12 years of experience in medical and mental health care, Ashley is board-certified through the AANP and ANCC and currently holds licenses in North Carolina, Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and New York.
As the VP of Clinical Education for CareMetric AI, Ashley joined the team in its earliest stages with a clear vision for the future of healthcare. Throughout her career, she has navigated a wide array of EMRs and software platforms, giving her a firsthand understanding of how technology can either facilitate or frustrate the delivery of care.
Leveraging her extensive clinical background, Ashley ensures that CareMetric AI addresses the real-world needs of providers. By focusing on the intersection of patient care and documentation efficiency, she helps the platform "push the envelope," allowing clinicians to provide exceptional care while significantly reducing the time spent on paperwork. Her contributions ensure that the technology remains deeply rooted in the nuances of high-level clinical practice.
